Our Vision


To advance whole person health and healing in mind, body, and spirit through educating and empowering healthcare professionals and those they serve in the use of evidence-based complementary care and resilience.  To train and support underserved people in our community who most need intensive help in learning and applying resilience principles in their lives, but who can least afford it.

EX-Offenders Resilience Project

Our foundation, together with Dr. Al Zylstra, is based on the mantra that resilience is a learned behavior.  The project provides an opportunity  to learn and apply a new way of thinking and being that will lead to a healthier, happier, more productive life.

Strategic Personal Resiliency for Kids Program (SPRK Program)

Children face challenges academically, socially, and spiritually.  The SPRK Program will help children cope with the present and be prepared to direct the course of their lives.
