What is Resiliency?
- Why Does Resiliency Matter?
- Can I learn to Be More Resilient?
Resiliency is a deliberate effort of utilizing inherent gifts and learned abilities, to spring ahead of the effects of adversity and restore harmony
Our foundation, together with Dr. Al Zylstra, is based on the mantra that resilience is a learned behavior. The project provides an opportunity to learn and apply a new way of thinking and being that will lead to a healthier, happier, more productive life.
Youth face challenges academically, socially, and spiritually. The Resiliency Program will help youth cope with the present and be prepared to direct the course of their lives.
