 Resilience is the ability to rebound from setbacks, adapt well to change, and keep going in the face of adversity.  It is a learned skill that is essential to living a healthy life, regardless of one’s circumstances!

To advance whole person health and healing in mind, body, and spirit through educating and empowering healthcare professionals and those they serve in the use of evidence-based complementary care and resilience.  To train and support underserved people in our community who most need intensive help in learning and applying resilience principles in their lives, but who can least afford it.

EX-Offenders Resilience Project

Our foundation, together with Dr. Al Zylstra, is based on the mantra that resilience is a learned behavior.  The project provides an opportunity  to learn and apply a new way of thinking and being that will lead to a healthier, happier, more productive life.
