Courage Thinking

This therapeutic instruction exercise sets the visual image of crossing the narrow bridge while not being discouraged by the miserable wind. The miserable wind represents discouraging personal thoughts and the criticism of others.

Physical Wellness

This therapeutic instruction exercise takes the child to Laughing Cave where relaxation and laughing set the stage.

Spiritual Connection

This spiritual therapeutic instruction exercise suggests that the child ask their higher power for strength and for blessings of resilience and wellness.  The visual image for this exercise is the Family Forest where comfort is offered, and love is abundant.
